Shops and Establishment Act – Application for Amendment of Certificate of Registration, Bihar

Under the Bihar Shops and Establishments Act, employers must apply for an amendment to their registration certificate when there are changes to the information initially provided. This application, submitted in Form IV, requires notification to the Inspecting Officer within seven days of the change. The application must be accompanied by the current registration certificate, a treasury challan, or a crossed Indian Postal Order for the applicable fee.
