Most expensive cricket jersey: Gayle, Pollard to wear gold-embellished kit in World Championship of Legends
West Indies champions, which includes legends Chris Gayle, Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo, will wear a jersey embellished with 18 carat gold during the World Championship of Legends (WCL).
The iconic jersey will be available in 30g, 20g, and 10g editions. It is a tribute to West Indies cricket greats — from Sir Clive Lloyd to Gayle and the modern generation of icons.
The kit has been designed by Dubai-based luxury brand Lorenze in partnership with Channel2 Group corporation.
To be played from July 18 to August 2 across Birmingham, Northampton, Leicester, and Leeds, WCL 2025 brings together former cricketers in a grand summer spectacle sanctioned by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
