DMK leadership, Triuchi Siva should tender unconditional apology for remarks on Kamaraj: Anbumani

PMK president Anbumani Ramadoss on Thursday said DMK Rajya Sabha MP Tiruchi Siva did not tender an apology or state that his controversial comments on former Chief Minister and Congress stalwart K. Kamaraj were wrong.

“Mr. Siva’s remarks are condemnable. Any act insulting Kamaraj cannot be allowed,” he said.

“The DMK leadership has not condemned him. This shows how much respect the party has towards  Kamaraj,” Dr. Anbumani said in a post on X.

The DMK leadership should condemn Mr. Siva, and both should tender an unconditional apology for the remarks, he added.
