Bangladesh's RMG exports up 8.8% to $39.3 bn in FY25

Bangladesh’s RMG exports rose by 8.84 per cent to $39.35 billion in fiscal 2024–25, led by stronger knitwear growth.
Home textile exports also increased, while cotton product exports declined marginally.
June 2025 saw a 6.31 per cent dip in RMG exports.
Revised historical data from the new regime indicates lower export figures for previous years, including a 5.22 per cent decline in FY 2023-24.
