The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) announced the DCET-2025 results on Tuesday. A link has been provided on the KEA website for candidates to check their results, said H. Prasanna, executive director, KEA, in a press release.

Ranks have been announced for around 20,346 candidates who appeared for the exam. The seat allotment process will begin after the government releases the seat matrix. The DCET is conducted to allow diploma holders direct admission into the third semester or second year of engineering. Ten per cent of seats in each engineering college are reserved for diploma holders, he added.

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to postgraduate dental (MDS) courses for 2025-26. A link has been provided on the KEA website for application submission, and the last date to apply is June 29. The last date to pay the application fee is June 30, according to Mr. Prasanna. Document verification will begin on June 30. A link for slot booking for the verification will be released on the website on June 27.

Candidates who have claimed seats under Category A or Y do not need to appear for document verification unless they have applied under the NRI ward or religious minority quota. However, candidates claiming under Categories B, C, D, E, F, G, or Z must book a slot and attend the document verification, he clarified.
