Srisailam temple to issue online tokens for free sparsha darshan

The management of Sri Bhramarambha Mallikarjuna Swamy temple, Srisailam had facilitated getting free sparsha darshan tokens online.

The temple management had recently commenced the free sparsha darshan facility for four days in a week for the convenience of the common devotees. The temple management started the facility starting July 1 from 1.45 p.m to 3.45 p.m on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Temple Executive Officer M. Srinivasa Rao reviewed the arrangements being made at the queue complexes and lines on Friday evening and got positive feedback from the devotees. For further convenience of the devotees, Mr Srinivasa Rao said it was decided to issue 1,000 tokens online and devotees can get them through www.srisailadevasthanam.org or www.aptemples.ap.gov.in.

EO warns against misuse

These tokens can be had one day in advance and the devotees have to register their name, address, Aadhaar and phone numbers while getting the tokens. The tokens will be scanned and will be verified with the Aadhaar card of the devotee for having transparency and accountability, the EO said.

The EO asked the devotees to utilise the token system for having hassle-free sparsha darshan. He, however, warned of action as per law, if any one misuses the same.
