Telangana Housing Board has announced it would soon auction 7.3 acres land in KPHB-Hitec City corridor.

The Telangana Housing Board, which auctioned land parcels in prime real estate locations in and around Hyderabad, announced on Saturday (July 5, 2025) that it would soon auction around 7.3 acres land abutting the KPHB- Hitec City corridor. 

The exact location was not mentioned in the press release. However, It was mentioned that the land parcel is just minutes from Hitec City, Financial District, and Gachibowli. 

“This parcel occupies a high-potential zone with seamless access to major business districts, IT parks, international schools, world-class healthcare, and upcoming metro infrastructure,” as per the press release. 

Besides this, the board has also announced a fresh auction notification for three premium commercial plots in Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB) and Nampally: plots of extent 4598 Sq. Yards and 2420 Sq. Yards in KPHB, and a commercial plot of 1148.30 sq. yards in Nampally. 

“The final e-auction is scheduled for 30th July 2025. All sales will be conducted through a transparent e-auction process, ensuring a level playing field for all bidders,” as per the press note. 

Details and registration process would be available at the board’s official portal www.tghb.cgg.gov.in. Or, people can approach the office of the vice-chairman of the Board for personalized assistance and site inspections.

The vice-chairman, V.P. Gautham, said that this is an opportunity for developers and investors to acquire landmark plots in the most happening areas of Hyderabad. He said that the State government has permitted to utilise the revenue generated for affordable housing schemes such as Indiramma Houses.
